Do you know that you can already attend a seminar thru the internet?  WEBINAR is short for “Web Seminar”.  Webinars are just like a conference room based seminar, but participants have the ability to participate and interact remotely via a computer with internet access.  A webinar can be interactive and collaborative because it can include polling, surveys, question and answer, chat to allow full participation between the audience and the presenter.

What are the benefits of a webinar?  The presenter can reach a larger audience.  This definitely reduces cost on the side of the presenter and on the side of the participant because you don’t have to leave your office or your house to attend one.  It digitally record and allow future playback, that is, if the provider allows you access.

What are needed to attend one?  You just need a computer and a fast internet connection.  It is also highly recommended that you use a digital headset with microphone so that you can participate and collaborate using voice.
