The NESTLE Lipa Factory through its Human Resources’ Learning and Development Department invited Colayco Foundation for Education (CFE) Inc. to be part of their day out with the wives of their employees.

A whole day was created to be easy and fun for mommies in a special Total Health and Wellness Fitness Workshop. Aside from the values of physical wellness, video snapshots from Dad as part of their Father’s Day Special were showed to the mommies to emphasize their husband’s value and importance. Thanks to HR Learning and Development Team Head, Ms. Michelle Tapirre, Colayco Foundation was invited to conduct the segment on Financial Wellness.

Mr. Armand Q. Bengco, Executive Director of Colayco Foundation for Education (CFE) and General Manager of Kapatiran sa Kasaganaan Multi-purpose and Service Cooperative joined the mommies in Nestle Lipa Factory’s Learning Center in Brgy. San Vicente, Banay-Banay, Lipa City last June 9, 2012.

The moms claimed that they learned a lot from Mr. Bengco’s talk. They were reminded of their important role and worth as partners to their husbands in making their family’s finances grow. Other than spending, the mothers said, they will now plan for their expenses, save and invest that can give their family’s fund for each purpose (tuition fee, vacation, emergency, etc.)

Nestle Lipa Factory’s HR Learning and Development Department expressed their gratitude to Colayco Foundation for Education for guiding the moms to be ready and on the go to their journey towards Financial Wellness!
