Hatch for Companies
Posted on Sep 29, 2010Supported by Citi Foundation, the Colayco Foundation for Education is currently running a special financial wellness program for Business Process Outsourcing Companies called “Hatch to Wealth: A Financial Wellness Program for BPO Employees.”
The Hatch for BPOs program is computer based financial education. Participants access the Hatch Program through their own computers/the web and go through 10 interactive modules tackling the fundamentals of wise spending, effective saving, purposeful planning and prudent investing. Self-paced, the Hatch program can be completed straight in 45 minutes or participants can log-off and continue where they left off until they finish all 10 modules. The program also measures employees’ financial fitness and their retention of basic personal finance concepts. At the end of the program, the BPO company will receive a recommended program of action for ensuring the financial well-being of their employees.
