Breaking Ground, Growing Wealth!
Posted on Aug 2, 2012AurumOne Residences now on the rise as the ground breaking ceremony was conducted last July 29, 2012. It was a simple affair beginning with the blessing of this endeavor, the customary shoveling of soil and planting a time capsule firmly in the ground.
Aurum One Residences is an endeavor of KsK Coop in co-owning a hotel building in Bangkal, Makati. The exact location of the hotel is at Gen. del Pilar corner EvangelisTa Streets, Bangkal, Makati. Aurum One Residences is a 8-storey; 1,974 square meters for 68 room hotel and its lobby; 200 square meters for lease income. It offers hotel rooms with provision for basic kitchen facility (condotel).
Target completion is December 2013.
